RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

Orders completed using our website and/or service do not arrive to manufacturers in your name, so they will not be able to assist you. Contact us for solutions to any issues. Refrain from using this website and/or service if you cannot comply with these terms.

If you receive an incorrect item after having supplied the correct information, keep the packaging and contact us immediately. Someone will reply shortly with instructions on reordering the item at no additional cost, or processing a return. If you make a mistake during the order process, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Once your item ships, it is beyond our control. You are responsible for paying attention to your tracking history. Delivery often requires a signature depending on the item(s) ordered. If you miss your delivery, do not wait to contact your local post office to reschedule delivery or pick up, as unclaimed packages are eventually returned to senders. Any additional shipping cost to have the item shipped to you for a second time will be your responsibility to pay. Unclaimed items that are shipped back to the sender are nonrefundable.

Inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival. For items manufactured outside of the United States, we can assist on damage claims made within one week of the items arrival. To file a damage claim, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Send images of damage to info@akwyr.co for further instructions on how to proceed with a damage claim.

Correctly ordered items that are manufactured outside of the United States and successfully delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.

There are situations where partial refunds are granted: (25% MAX refund if applicable)
* FRP Fiberglass items with irreparable manufacturer defects.
* Carbon Fiber items with irreparable manufacturer defects.
* Items manufactured outside of the United States.

Exterior parts (Aero)
Professional preparation and installation is recommended. Due to occasional poor handling in transit, imperfections in unfinished fiberglass and carbon fiber pieces are common and do not qualify for any refunds, returns, and/or exchanges as they are reparable. If the damage is proven to be due to manufacturer error, a 25% refund is granted with no return process necessary. We can also attempt to exchange the product at no additional cost when manufacturer error is proven.

Refunds (if applicable)
Orders are processed 24 hours after being received. Full refunds are available for any unprocessed orders. Contact us immediately to cancel an order. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to you usually within 3-5 business days. We are unable to cancel processed orders for any items manufactured outside of the United States.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately with the new ETA and option to proceed with the order or cancel for a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if you choose to proceed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is late, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company and bank. There can be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
Contact us at info@akwyr.co for further instructions on returning products. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
